About 30 years ago we were in Costa Rica with our son who was 5. There was
an 8 mile hike up one side of a volcano and down the other. Muddy path through the forest. We were debating whether our son could handle it. For the last mile or two, our a@@es were dragging. The kid...running, jumping, unfazed.
