First thing - are you sure your PC is compatible with Win 11? Assuming it is:
You can either do a fresh install or try to upgrade from Win 10 to Win11.
Personally, I would do a fresh install on the SSD and then reinstall your old programs/games.
And then copy over your files from HDD to SSD. This is tedious but honestly migration software is very flaky.
