@Chris Coleman do you know how winter workouts actually work?
Are there certain time constraints daily? Are the coaches allowed to do any one on one workout sessions with the players, or is it just walk around observations while the players lift, run, train, etc.?

I'm not totally sure.
I remember Fuente would lift with the players. And there were videos of him doing the spotting. Whether that was actually legal, I really don't know. But it's also something that nobody is going to kick up a fuss about. Right now I think they are basically limited to observing, though.

Eye was told the rulez have...
'relaxed' a bit... Though: yes. It should still be bound by 2o hrs./week. How you space that is on you... Yes. One pure Coach is allowed for 'safety' observations... that does not include S&C Staffing. S&C can do whatever it wants 1on1. Including -shifting- any given sport repping in there; IF, it can be considered indigenous to that given sport itself. Ex) ... you could have Qb's throw the (over)weighted or heavier football for strengthening... and then you needs to 'teach' some actual football grip technique (that the Qb Coach just happened to hint at in the walk-by in the hallway) in addition to working the front-delt over the top itself. There are ways to double-dip... Again; they told me a week'ish ago... some of this has: 'relaxed' Top-down or from "BIG" brother who (in theory) was always McCarthy'ing before. Though... just how many S&C Violations were there that ever got flagged before? đŸ‹ī¸ HTH's b.street
