Because they have to create regular content and there's not that many new
ideas. The fact that everyone and their brother now is creating content make it even worse.

I know, but the way the question was phrase could be interpreted this
particular video could be lumped in the unnecessary video or "everything has to be a video" category. Like with everything else in life, some people may enjoy his product and other people may not. If the person doesn't enjoy his product (in general) or specific products, then it may be easier for a person to conclude the product is "a waste of space" or unnecessary.
