I know the Pry hire is polarizing for some people but...
by my understanding from everything I heard, Pry is a big reason Franklin is here. This may have been a plan by Franklin all along (hire Pry as DC) and may be one of the biggest reasons he is here. If true, we can't really be mad as a fanbase. I imagine there will be big turnover in personnel (and already has been) so many of the players that played for Pry will be gone anyway. Now, if the defense doesn't improve with better players they are bringing in, Pry will be on a short leash.

Pry has a proven track record as a DC for a big P4 team, as well as, proven track record with Franklin... Not sure why it would be all that polarizing ...
