I propose that the ACC use the score of the Orange Bowl game as exhibit A
In their lawsuit against FSU. How can the ACC be expected to get top dollar for garbage like this? ** Edited by VT ChemE 1986 at 12/30/2023, 6:03:56 PM

How much was the ACC willing to pay the 28 players who opted out to play?
The whole post season is FUBAR, and this Orange Bowl might be the most useless game ever. I don't blame FSU a single bit for what they are doing. The contract is the contract, and that cuts both ways.

Commish cut a deal w espn w/o school's approval. FSU will win the lawsuit.

The Grant of Rights deal extension was done w/o ANY school’s permission.
That went against the original grant of rights agreement, and Florida State will win by saying that the commissioner did not act in the best interest of the schools, simply because he signed the deal without their approval. This is all been publicized. Not a conspiracy theory.

Can you provide the most reputable link?
I haven't seen it anywhere except some twitter feeds. Not saying you're wrong, but just cause it gets repeated from an original unknown source doesn't make it "true". Even if was signed only by the commissioner, the question is did he get approval from the required member schools prior to signing. I have think absolutely, else we would have likely heard about this a very long time ago.
