If the head whistle gets to call shots on GM, the model wont work, IMO

Babcock seems to think the GM is intrinsically linked to the network of the coach, which doesnt makes sense if the GM has complete control-- if he fires the coach, he would get to pick his guy so it doesnt make sense to insist that the head coach be hired first to align the GM with him. ** Edited by One4VT at 10/3/2025, 1:27:27 PM
