Not sure why you ask, but he was a trainwreck easy to predict.

Take a pro coach with an already well-deserved reputation for (a) being aloof and hard to get along with, and (b) a lousy personnel guy, and shift him to the college ranks, where HCs have to be better at schmoozing and evaluating talent than their pro counterparts. What could go wrong?
