Well the post I am responding to was very point specific

"but also because VT's defense needs the time to adjust to whatever their offense is trying to do." You changed that to include basic things or anything a coach can do. But this was so clearly so the D could take in changes in gameplan in real time. That is what I don't think much can be done with. Certainly some of the coaches are "in game guys" but is that trying to teach new stuff in game? Or is it just trying to reinforce what has been already taught all season and in specific prep the week before? My point, way more of the latter and way less of the former. That is all.
