No doubt about it and it was probably bound to happen eventually.

An argument could be made what I laid out is not that much different than when SCOTUS ruled in 1983 that the NCAA violated antitrust laws in NCAA vs. Oklahoma (and Georgia) as being the foundation for the current state. The SCOTUS ruling opened the door for DI-FBS football to make millions (maybe even billions when you factor in gambling) it does now. If the foundation had not already been laid, then Pavia and other athletes may not have as strong of a case as they do.
