Nope - top 5 conference champs

SEC, Big 10, Big 12 are guaranteed. American (Tulane or North Texas) seems like a lock. If JMU beats Troy they’ll be 12-1 and would almost certainly get in over 8-5 Duke. Hell I think an 11-2 MWC champ UNLV gets in over Duke. Miami can only get in as an at-large, which seems unlikely at this point.

Duke/UVA is why conference championship games shouldn’t exist

Have to admit, at least it's ACC teams in the correct ACC region.

I meant Miami might get an at large

Got it, but I don’t think the ACC championship game has any bearing on
North Main Hokie 11/30/25 03:17 PM ET
I think Miami would need Alabama and BYU to lose.
Truthahn 11/30/25 02:51 PM ET
I didn't realize that two, possibly three
crazylane 11/30/25 04:41 PM ET
Maybe this will spur the conference to change the criteria

A large conference is such a disaster. Which many people predicted

Once the B1G + SEC + ND + a few others break off and form a super-league
VPI_1998 11/30/25 12:31 PM ET
