I’ve never thought of PSU under Franklin as having “swagger”.

Beating a bunch of pay game teams, Pitt, and bottom tier B1G teams every year doesn’t give you swagger. Perennial #3 does’t give you swagger.

IMO, VT isn't a particularly good fit for him & he's a lousy fit for VT.
