I understand this comment, but King has street cred

He is not just a former player who got some NFL experience and now wants to learn college football operations. He is an experienced Player of Personnel Director for the Chicago Bears. Evidentally, he was performed well enough to rise through the ranks. We would be lucky to have a guy come from the NFL with his qualifications - let alone one who happens to love the Hokies and the surrounding area ( from Pulaski)
