Badges of Fraud

English common law. If it looks like fraud, smells like fraud its probably fraud. Example, say you filed bankruptcy, have some hidden cash (which the Bkrpcy Ct is entitled to have and you're duty bound to give them) and you ask me to take that cash under the table and buy a car for you that you’re gonna drive. Both of us are undertaking a fraud on the BK Court and creditors. The car is the badge you wear. So, the ‘lady’ gets a 55% pay raise. Hmmm, that smells. It’s the badge. But it requires a fraud not of just the coach' making but participation by several people on the payroll of a major university. There’s civil fraud (not good) and criminal fraud (real bad). And there’s state fraud statutes and federal fraud statutes. Let the games begin. This is a deep deep rabbit hole IMO.
