Again, VT thinks its just a magic hire, there were serious functional issue

yes was 'asked' on the pry hire, but 1. he had no idea on the salary cap for VT (and that cap was acceptable by the University), We got want we paid. (silly though many VT fans think 4 million is alot, not realizing that their peers were leaving them in the dust. 2 So many fans have no idea that college football is big business and the entire VT athetic dept was run like a mom and pop operatoin,. WHile the BOV of gives the money, now the ugly reorganization of the athletic dept occurs NOW. while VT has to deliver product with games, for all sports, pay staff, cut the lights on., etc etc. etc. and the athletic dept staff knows many of their jobs will be gone
