there are 22 hotels in BBurg/Cburg, about 3,000 rooms
There are about 100 within 2 miles of downtown Nashville, a good chunk of which are double or more the size of the average hotel in the burgs. An influx of 40k people impacts 22 hotels, it is barely a blip to 100 hotels in a tourism driven city.
