THe new committee, will select a coach who no 1 priority is produce winning program top tier in the ACC. Not worrying about alumni relations, what recruit is signed from what area of the state. WHO cares.
This reorganization of the athletic dept will be revolutionary and will not take from any VT culture of the past. It is a clean house, start fresh and completely new brand for VT football and athletics cometitive as a top tier ACC program for football. If I were any of the staff management support of the athletic department from program heads to admistrative support etc. polish up your resume.
