The football GM model has to part of the solution

GM hires new coach. Pro model. Oversees all football operations to include recruiting/portal/scholarship in conjunction with HC. Incent by revenue gains and wins on the field. Reports directly to BOV and dotted line to president. AD Oversees all other sports and reports directly to president.
