No wantabe coaches
We have had 2, a real head coach with tons of experience. Top prospects. Bite the bullet and ack like a football school. If they want to play with the big boys act like it.
There is no other way. They would loose millions if they try to save millions. No coordinators need apply. Discard anyone who hasn’t been a successful head coach. Stop being a school where coaches go to die.
