What profile of a coach would you hire?
I would like a proven football COACH - not a recruit first coach. A coach with character who runs a disciplined program, who has an eye for talent, who develops talent, who is a football mind, who will make careful, wise coordinator hires. Not a quick fix guy. But a guy who will build us from the bottom up with a good foundation. A guy who can speak to the fans in a professional way - but not a politician.
