In the portal in December. I wouldn’t be surprised if he declares in November. Had Montgomery been brought in sooner I think he’d been gone already. Bowen committed to him (one of his countless mistakes) and VT was stuck. VT needs to go all in on getting a portal QB this December. The work should be starting now. If that doesn’t happen, the program is officially dormant.
