Add Vandy to that list as well as Duke with Elko.The old model of waiting

3-5 years for a turnaround is over. Pry's biggest mistake as a rookie HC was hiring a bunch of interns as his senior staff. Elko hired a senior staff, Shane did the same at USC. Do we really think Duke had more money for it's staff? Pry decided to pi$$ away the assistant coaches budget on his buddies
