Hey Bball gurus, anybody know much about Constraints Led Aprroach training
Referred to as CLA - Our new local WNBA team is making a bit of a splash using it. I’ve read a some about it but was wondering what people think.

It is very popular in soccer and lacrosse training.
Great way to teach players valuable lessons without simply telling them what to do. Great for building desirable habits and autonomous player. I’m a big fan of CLAs.
