Portal announcements coming out one at a time, creates anxiety in fan base
What's better, ripping bandage off all in one painful move or bits and pieces?
Entire team should know where they stand for next year, I would think the faster they get their names out there, the better chance to get picked up by another school.

I can assure you the staff currently knows who is staying and who is going with a relative few cases where youre negotiating numbers
But none of this is going to be a surprise to the staff...just the fans
