This discussion on booing reminds me of hearing Tom Brady talk about his
Sports psychologist at U of Michigan. Brady was buried on the depth chart, frustrated, and wasn’t playing well in practice. When he got a chance the fans booed him off the field in a home loss to Syracuse. The psychologist told him to stop get complaining over what he couldn’t control and get some mental toughness.
You’ll never be able to control the boo birds. You can let that negativity affect you and wilt and prove they’re right. You can try and ignore them. Or you can use it as motivation and prove them wrong. Work harder. Dont waste time worrying about some knuckleheads.
Hopefully it’s the latter and you emerge as a mentally tough, battle tested assassin that is ready to take on the future bumps in the road both in sports and life.
