The bounce pass turnover w/ 7 seconds left was the problem for me...
I would have taken a throw to half-court - get the ball tipped around - even if SMU gets it, they have to take time to get composed and shoot the ball - would have killed most of that clock (yea, not the greatest play, but much better than that). Or better yet, call a time-out.
