across all teams, out of conference, with the Big 12 and ACC next and the SEC last in the P4 groups. This is important as NET rankings will be better overall with the more wins a conference can accumulate OOC. Last year the Big 12 looked insanely good, despite not having a ton of OOC big time wins. They just simply won a lot of their games and consequently got a lot of teams in the tournament. This is based a bit on memory, but I'm pretty sure it was the Big 12 last year that got a few more teams in on the bubble when they really didn't have that many great wins OOC. Just not many losses.
