Finally had the chance to take a good look at our team/individual stats
Some good stuff.
I'm not sure we are as deep as I had hoped- we have 7 strong guys who will be in the rotation every night. Maybe Dorn and /or Pasha over the course of the season will join, but at this juncture the minutes really decreases after the 7.
In addition to Neo, Johnson has the best all around line of the team- doing it all.
The assist/TO ratio is about 2.4- we will win a lot of games if we can keep that going
Bedford's shooting is nothing short of amazing but no one will shoot that well over the course of 30+ games, so have to expect him to regress closer to the mean.
I know why CMY wants to give Hansberry and Lawal a long leash on taking the 3s- because if they can become true threats to be say 30-35%+ it will allow VT to really spread the court and NO one is going to stop Neo without committing a lot of defensive help. So far they haven't shown it but fingers crossed those guys can make a few more because it would really make us scary.
Shout out to Schutt who is really making this team better and probably isn't getting a nuff credit
I'm pretty optimistic the best is yet to come- dont think Hansberry and Lawal have hit their stride yet, and some of the guys beyond the core 7, will emerge.

MY said he has 7 starters. I think Dorn becomes a solid 10-15 min reserve
