So Carter Whitt is in the portal for his 6th season?What's the excuse? He
played 5 full seasons, no injuries whatsoever, he just wasn't good in his first 4. If he gets an exemption might as well end the whole number of years rule and officially call them pros.
If high school had NIL wouldn't surprise me if grown men tried to be forever seniors
