In 2022 after the ACC championship, if we kept people we would have had a core of Pedulla, alleyne, Cattoor, Maddox, Mutts, Basile with Kidd, Poteat, and Rice contributing In 2023 this would have been the rebuild year. if we had kept people we would have had a core of Pedulla, Cattoor, Rice, Kidd, Beran with Poteat, Nickel, and Collins contributing In 2024 we would have been primed with a senior Pedulla, junior Rice, senior Kidd, Burnham and contributions from Poteat, Nickel, Collins, Rechsteiner, and Young (I assume no Schutt if we still had Nickel). This lineup should have been able to be a 20+ win team. So I see his vision and attempt to build it. And it was a solid vision with some really good guards leading the way. But NIL and transfer portal has completely destroyed the ability for CMY to build a team the way he wants.
