So given all of this eye-popping NIL money
that is floating around at other schools, does anyone think that there is the potential for the NIL source to come back on the athlete for not fulfilling his/her part of the contract, whatever that may be (such as quitting the team, flunking out, getting in trouble with the law, etc.)? Or is this guaranteed money?
