Some perspective from Tubby Smith

I don't know how old this is, but I do like his perspective on the transfer portal. Just another aspect of our culture where we're telling kids to just leave if they are uncomfortable instead of accepting it. If you go through life avoiding disappointment and adversity, you could turn into a very unhappy adult. This is about education, after all, isn't it?

Didn't Tubby leave Tulsa for Kentucky? Kids leave for better opportunities

Yeah, Justyn Mutts really should have stayed at High Point.

Ask Tubby if he ever pushed a kid out, leaving transfer as the only option

This is a direct reflection on this generation's parents. And before anyone

Good for you. I agree. **

Perfectly said, Tubby. Quitting is a bad habit. **

Not quitting, transferring.**

And society and the portal has made that way to easy for the wrong reasons
