Green did all the dirty work that kept teams from bullying Curry and Thompson much like Rodman for Kukoc, Kerr and Luc Longley. Was Draymond out of line often? Yes absolutely. Was he often dirty? Yep, for sure. Was he still necessary and integral to the Warriors becoming a dynasty? Yes, unequivocally. No player of Draymond Green's skill level should be in the conversation of 4 titles and a max contract. But Green made himself so important to their success that being without him was more expensive than paying him more than hes "worth"
