I recommend you try imagining a healthy team that doesn't lack a starter

(or more) for the entirity of ACC play. Our returning players are now seasoned and capable. If they can be healthy and some others can prove their worth, then CBS' assessment isn't a stretch.

Of course with a 76 team tournament, I think 9-9 ACC is going to be pretty
