Young is ready for retirement. He’ll get a year or two

And this guy is going to cherry pick his bball coach. Guaranteed. Not much thought to put into it. Probably part of the allure of the job for him. Sets up perfect if young can retain the core with the new 5th year rule and then step aside after 27-28 season … why would anybody want anything different? Only exception is if we have a bad year this year and there’s a good hire available then this season will be his last. Pretty simple. New ADs always pick their own coaches when they get the chance. It’s not like he doesn’t think young is good enough or something or any slight against him.
