and I've completely forgotten about the golf course

Probably the easiest solution of all is to move all the non-rev sports into a new complex where the golf course sits by the duck pond. Then take the existing track/softball/baseball/soccer space to build Lane 2.0 so that it stays on Beamer Way. And Cassell 2.0 either fits in there also or takes the spot of old Lane.
