I have had no problem with TB up until all of this...

Everything he said and did today flies in the face of what I know about him, working directly with people who were also assistants under him. I've always been complimentary of him. And if he had said "hey, I've been doing this a long time and I'm tired" and left it at that then there would be no qualms with what he has done (other than recruiting a bunch of kids under the pretense he would coach them, then bolting 2 weeks before the season) I think he's super intelligent, knows how to run a program efficiently and was nice and caring to all his assistants and players... ...and he can still be wrong about what he perceives as a problem worth quitting over If it's about players making money, he made way more than any of them If it's about players moving around without consequence, he moved around with the best of em when he saw a better opportunity If it's about not being able to plan for each season because of changing rules, then he just left his team without a plan 2 weeks before the season Whatever reason he wants to blame "the game today" for he is complicit in
