Nothing you have pointed out points to Mike Young not being able to coach. Are there better guys out there maybe, but name 2 who would be realistic choices that would be a near guaranteed step up from Mike Young and fit what we can afford to pay. I don't really care about coach speak in post game interviews. They are 10 minutes after a game where emotions are running high and when you lose you don't really want to be there to begin with. I have seen Mike Young take accountability plenty of times. Don't take any of this as me being a MY homer.
