It's all hybrid, the question is, do you focus on trying to maintain a core and augment it (which you need if you have a more complex system) or do you change your system so that you can have more new faces every year. Coaches with complex systems that take a while to learn are at a disadvantage now, those that focus on maximizing individual talents have an advantage.
