There's individual development and team development...

The crowd who constantly gripes about free throws are asking MY to take team development time to spend on individual development That will make you a worse team. You recruit shooters/skill so you dont have to spend time during the season working on skills...it takes a lot of time to master and you have limited time to practice FTs should always be done solely at the end of workout periods to work on concentration when tired. Outside of that, no practice time should be spent on them. It is up to the individual player to get in the gym and work on their own...which cannot be mandated by the staff or else it counts against your alloted practice time
