Giltner is definitely the bad cop

Everyone I know who knows Byers describes him as the good cop type. I would throw Frazier in the mix as a "tough love" sort of coach. I dont think he should be VTs next coach (unless he goes somewhere else as HC first) but I dont think he'd have the same issues as Johnson
