Well, when everything is secret to the public, that's hard to know.

The big donors to Triumph have to be questioning their respective decisions to donate large sums. I haven't given any NIL money, and won't, until I know info of salaries of the leadership, overhead costs, who's making the decisions of who gets how much, etc. I know I look on Charity Navigator before making donations to charities, but there is no NIL Navigator. I'm at a loss to prognosticate what effect the new state law will have on NIL. If it just provides some transparency re: the aforementioned questions, I'll be ecstatic. FOIA would be a wonderful tool. But, I expect that transparency not to occur. The AthDept hides behind the NILs, and that gives them cover for their own bad decisions. And, I don't expect the revenue sharing to be any more transparent than NILs are now. I would like to know, in regards to revenue sharing, who gets how much. I think that will be opaque as well. I have no idea what is disclosed to the donors to NILs. If someone on here who gives to NILs would enlighten us, wonderful. But, I'm not holding my breath. Ultimate accountability is held by us, fans and donors. But as long as we keep showing up, donating and buying tickets, there is no impetus for change. If we slow down the cash flow to the AthDept and NILs, that is the only way I see to accountability.
