Great, but the point is $$ won't help if the system isn't easily adaptable.

And the past indicates that even when Young had decent incoming new talent, it took half the season for it to really jell. Again, you simply can't take this approach anymore. Winning early OOC games is an absolute necessity for a program like VT (and frankly most of the ACC).
