So if Mike Young coached like him, Sean Pedulla might be more efficient (he isn't "better" per se) but Lynn Kidd, Justyn Mutts, Keve Aluma, etc would all be less used and less productive. A system coach is the best fit in Blacksburg. Genuinely do not care if someone likes Mike Young or not, you're not getting some recruiting guru to come to Blacksburg and change the stars of the program.
