Agreed, our fanbase is going to miss Allenye.

UCONN was …what…a 5 seed last year under Hurley? He’s got them in contention in what is a tougher conference than the ACC. Their historical separation from VT is valid too, but they were better last year and slated to be better the next two years (which is what matters to Allenye). We were likely faced with Maddox or Allenye, I can’t imagine a situation where both stayed. And I’m happy with the choice. But Allenye was a good player who did improve and will be missed.
