Financial strength....

while first and foremost about money also involves a willingness and capacity to use it wisely. The way the VTAD has whipsawed MBB in recent years along with some other decisions causes me to question the financial strength of VT. To make it clear, I do not question that money is there as certain insiders have told the board before, however, I do have questions about the VTAD ability to get that money and then effectively use it. These questions may be resolved to some extent with the BOV athletics committee now seemingly driving the bus.
