Possibly. You must remember Rutgers has been allowed a decade or more

to run in the red every year, and who knows how much NIL is actually available to lure players to come and join that dumpster fire that is Rutgers athletics; Yes, WB has allowed VT men's hoops to financially go up to it's neck in quicksand, and has done little, if anything at all, to make VT's 2nd money making sport, at least middle of the ACC road and able to compete with the top 8-9 conference programs. I'm positive the Rutgers powers that be are counting on the $90 million TV cash to begin to bail out sports, and as with most university athletic programs, what they have in NIL cash is unknown, and certainly more than VT.
