This enterprise is all business, and getting the best value
These teams are professoinal entities. They earn money, and deliver branding for the institution. To be successful, the enterprise hires coaches and support staff who aquire talent to be successful. Contributors only give, if they see return on their investments; some sustain and some leave based on the effectiveness of the program. The big difference is the talent aquisition is now a new aspect. The idea of college tuition for players perspective is given for any instituion. From players perspective, they are a business themselves, and they are looking for a place where they can get the best return from earnings, culture, development, and be successful, They are looking for the best school that can offer the best return of investment. College Basketball programs/coaches no role is like a broadway show or professional team, create the best venue and services, acquire the best talent and produce the best production, and if your program is the best, looks the best, you get the best return on investment.
