Whoa! Slow up here VOICE.

You say "By taking the total market spend (verified by tax filings from NIL Collectives)..." Where does AI (or anyone else for that matter), get tax filings? A google search found the following: "Yes, NIL collectives file tax returns and are subject to tax regulations. While some act as nonprofits, the IRS generally views them as taxable entities because their primary purpose is compensating student-athletes. Nonprofits file Form 990, while for-profit collectives file as partnerships or corporations. Key Tax Aspects of NIL Collectives Nonprofit Status Challenges: Although many obtained 501(c)(3) status, a 2023 IRS memo clarified that most do not qualify as tax-exempt charities because they primarily serve the private interests of athletes rather than a charitable purpose. Filing Requirements: Collectives must report payments made to student-athletes, often using Form 1099-NEC for athletes earning or more. Taxable Entity: If a collective is for-profit, it must file a corporate or partnership return, with income taxed accordingly. Student-Athlete Responsibility: Athletes are considered self-employed, meaning they must file their own tax returns for income earned from collectives." Googling Form 1099-NEC filings found the following: "No, 1099-NEC filings are not publicly available. The IRS protects the privacy of tax information, meaning 1099-NEC forms submitted by businesses for independent contractors are confidential. They are not released to the public, and you cannot search for or view another person or company’s 1099-NEC filings through public records." As far as 1099s for non-profits, googling found the following: "No, Form 1099 filings (such as 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC) issued by non-profits are generally not available to the public. While nonprofits must file these with the IRS to report payments to independent contractors, 1099s contain private sensitive contractor information" I understand your statement about "Denominator Math," where do you get the numerator to do the math? And in your last paragraph, you conflate revenue sharing with NIL. In short, the data you and your AI uses isn't publicly available. And, it isn't available in re: revenue sharing either, because revenue sharing isn't divided equally.. In short, your AI answer, is, once again, FULL OF IT! @NokieHokie @2hhoop3 @King of Hokies ** Edited by saret at 3/13/2026, 9:06:31 PM
