I think its closer to the situation with Mutts than anything INTL related

Mutts had to sit out a game because he unknowingly played in the PIT and came back (if my memory serves me correct it was PIT) Similar situation for Dorn. He likely just didnt document a game that he overlooked, so he was punished for it For the people saying it doesnt happen to blue bloods or other internationals, I just dont think thats the case. Kentucky has had multiple players who have had to sit out after playing professionally overseas. FSU had one as well, at least, though not a blue blood. It doesnt get publicized a lot because the first games are usually against Florida A&M Tech State
